WorkBridge (“we”) runs a free skills register at myworkbridge.org. This notice explains what personal information we collect, why, and your rights.
What we collect
- Name, country, phone/WhatsApp number and, if you give it, email
- Age range, sector, trade, years of experience, English level and passport status
- How you heard about us and who referred you (optional)
We do not ask for passport numbers, ID numbers or payment details when you register.
Why we collect it
- To keep a skills register that licensed recruiters and employers can search
- To contact you if a recruiter is interested in your skills
- To understand which countries and sectors our registrations come from
Who we share it with
With your consent, we share your details only with licensed recruitment agencies and employers who are looking for your skills. We never sell your data. If a recruiter later needs documents (such as a passport copy or certificates), we will ask for your specific permission first.
How long we keep it
We keep your profile while the register is active, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@myworkbridge.org. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
Important
Registering is free and is not a job offer. Work permits and visas are entirely the responsibility of the employing company. WorkBridge never charges workers any registration fees.
